Christian Guitar Lessons - Experience I n addition to teaching private and group lessons for many years, Dr. Gastrich also has a lot of experience playing and teaching music lessons.19 94 - Jason began playing the guitar and immediately started receiving professional instruction1996 - Began playing in San Diego coffee houses 1996-1997 - Led worship at the Alpha Gamma Omega, Christian fraternity at San Diego State University 1996-1997 - Led worship at Shadow Mountain Community Church's collegiate Bible study 1996-1997 - Led worship on my guitar for the recovering alcoholics and addicts at Christianity in Action in El Cajon 1996-1997 - Received voice lessons from Dr. Don Elsworth from Christian Heritage College 1997-1998 - Led worship with Liberty University's evangelism group 1999-2000, 2004 - Played and sang Christmas songs in rest homes 1999-2000 - Participated on the worship team at Emmanuel Faith Community Church in Escondido, California 2000 - Began playing in San Diego Christian book stores 2000-2001 - Led worship with New Venture Christian Fellowship in Oceanside, California 2000-2001 - Worked as a guitar instructor for California Music Studios 2001 - Recorded his first album and began touring out of the state and playing live shows 2001-2003 - Led worship at two of The Rock Church's small groups 2002-2003 - Participated on the worship team at Family Fellowship Church in Oceanside 2002-2003 - Led worship at a dynamic, college Bible study in Murrieta 2003 - Led worship for an evangelistic group that preaches and worships on the campus of San Diego State University 2003 - Recorded an acoustic album called "The A-Sessions" in London, England 2006 - Taught guitar and keyboard lessons at a community center in Los Angeles Various other gigs and shows have been omitted for brevity's sake.
